Here’s a step-by-step guide to making your application process smooth and simple.

Submit application form

Start your Alpha journey with our quick and easy application process—submit your application with a $100 non-refundable fee, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to complete the enrollment checklist.

Provide details of any allergies or medications.
Submit emergency contact information.
Provide a copy of the current IEP, 504 Plan, or psychological education evaluation (if applicable).
Submit a copy of current school records (for grades 2–8).
Submit a copy of the current school transcript (for grades 9–12).
Sign the Liability Waiver.
Complete the Photo/Video Consent Form.
Sign the Data Collection Consent Form.

Set up a shadow or observation day

Shadow Days: Can be scheduled after the admissions application is submitted. These are full-day events where students arrive at 10:15 AM and stay until pick-up.

Observations: Hour-long interactions available for PreK–Kindergarten students, which can be scheduled separately.

Important Details

Admissions Application Fee
Alpha School will charge a non-refundable fee of $100 as part of the application process.

Deposit

Once admissions is offered to a student, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your students spot at Alpha School. The deposit amount will be deducted from your overall tuition balance.

Sibling Discount

Sibling Discount of 5% to be applied to the 2nd child and beyond, where families have 2 or more children.
No Sibling Discounts applied if the family is receiving any type of subsidy or Financial Aid.
Add-on items such as parking or lunch are also not eligible for a sibling discount.
