Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha Schools because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.

Andy Gibson has dedicated his career to youth development through sport and education. He has worked with the Dallas Stars and USA Hockey to grow ice hockey and founded Dallas Stars Adaptive Sports to create inclusive opportunities for all athletes. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, he’s passionate about helping kids reach their full potential.

Whitney has spent six years teaching math, writing curriculum, and leading students to the highest academic growth in her district. She has also built successful businesses, from a clothing brand to a chatbot service to managing rentals. Her greatest passion is helping kids see how capable, creative, and powerful they are.
I bring contagious enthusiasm, keep learning in the “just right” challenge zone, and connect lessons to what makes each student tick so they grow fast and believe in themselves.

Christine Heaney serves as Director of Admissions and brings more than 10 years of experience in educational leadership and head of school roles throughout the DFW area. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Mentorship and is deeply committed to helping children develop teamwork, collaboration, and essential life skills. Christine is known for her leadership, mentorship, and dedication to excellence, all of which contribute to a positive, family-centered experience. Originally from Connecticut, she resides in the metroplex with her husband and three children. Christine serves on muliple non-profit boards in Collin Country with an emphasis on childhood needs and devlopment.
My educational philosophy is rooted in individualized, whole-child learning. I believe every child is uniquely capable and that students are truly limitless in their ambitions when they are known, supported, and empowered to grow with confidence and curiosity.
