Dr. Jeremy Williams is an education leader and innovator with a track record of reimagining what school can be. Over the past two decades, he has led schools across the United States and internationally, including Montessori, private, and PK–12th grade programs. His leadership has been defined by one constant: creating schools where students thrive, parents feel like true partners, and innovation drives lasting impact.
I joined Alpha because I believe what we're doing has the potential to redefine how every child in the world learns.
Stephanie is a former teacher and education consultant who helped lead two national initiatives to strengthen K–12 systems. Seeing how difficult it is to create change within traditional schools, she was drawn to Alpha’s bold model. Stephanie now partners with parents and guides to launch and strengthen Alpha’s newest campuses.

Linnie brings a proven track record of excellence in education, spanning teaching, leadership, and consulting. Her past research comparing U.S. and European school systems and exploring technology in early language acquisition reflects her bold vision for reimagining education. Fau is a Chicago native with a background in global education and student advising across five countries. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS. Fau’s passion for empowering learners to grow with confidence, curiosity, and purpose drew her to the Alpha mission. As a Guide, she is excited to bring her global perspective and creativity to help students thrive not only in school but in life beyond it.

Every school day includes 60–90 minutes of outdoor play, weather permitting. The daily schedule at Alpha runs from 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM. Students arrive for morning drop-off at 8:15–8:30 AM, and the day finishes with afternoon pick-up between 3:30–4:00 PM.
