Dr. Jeremy Williams is an education leader and innovator with a track record of reimagining what school can be. Over the past two decades, he has led schools across the United States and internationally, including Montessori, private, and PK–12th grade programs. His leadership has been defined by one constant: creating schools where students thrive, parents feel like true partners, and innovation drives lasting impact.

With two master’s degrees and a passion for excellence, he built thriving coaching and tutoring businesses. At Alpha Charlotte, Timothy is committed to creating a bold, student-focused environment where young people love learning.

I am a sport-psychology mentor who helps students gain the mindset and life skills needed for success. I studied at UNC and earned my master’s degree at FSU. Through coaching and experiential learning, I support each student in becoming confident, adaptable, and future-ready.
In my field, I don't stop until athletes see the person they are capable of becoming. I settle for no less than honest, resilient effort and an growth mindset.

Joanna Sanner is an experienced Pre-K through 8th-grade educator with a decade of service across general, special, and international education settings, holding a B.A., two M.A.’s, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Education Policy, Leadership and Management. Most recently, she spent 4 years in Rwanda, Africa, where she leveraged her expertise to help re-open a preschool that had closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a certified Time to Teach trainer, Joanna specializes in maximizing student engagement utilizing Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. She is passionate about inspiring every student at Alpha to become a lifelong learner.
