Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.
Sarah Girard brings nearly 20 years of experience in client relations and sales, leading with a strategic, people-first approach that deepens family trust, elevates the overall family experience, and reflects her genuine passion for people. Her servant-hearted leadership ensures every family feels valued, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

Jayden Jackson is a Liberty University graduate who has spent much of her career helping people work through hard things:and finding ways to have fun along the way. Her experiences have taken her from supporting kids and families through Head Start, to relief work overseas, wilderness camps, and college athletics during the rapidly changing world of NIL. Through it all, Jayden has found that she loves being alongside people as they take on a challenge, figure things out, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought. That’s a big part of what drew her to Alpha, and she’s excited to help students tackle hard things, build confidence, and have plenty of fun while doing it.
Ness Hawthorn is an innovative and student-centered campus leader with experience across traditional and virtual learning environments in the United States and Spain. She has supported students, educators, and instructional programs by fostering high expectations, leveraging technology to enhance learning, and creating systems that drive both academic and operational excellence. Passionate about building strong relationships, Ness believes every student can achieve at a high level when challenged, supported, and held to consistent standards. She is committed to creating engaging, well-organized learning environments where students, families, and staff feel empowered to grow, collaborate, and succeed.
Andy Gibson has dedicated his career to helping young people thrive, both in the classroom and on the ice. As Dean of Parents at Alpha last year, he served as the primary bridge between families and the school, guiding parents through their children's learning journeys, building trust, and ensuring every family felt seen and supported. Before Alpha, Andy spent years growing youth hockey in partnership with the Dallas Stars and USA Hockey, and he founded Dallas Stars Adaptive Sports to open the game to athletes of all abilities, a program that reflects his core belief that every kid deserves a chance to compete and belong. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, Andy brings a global perspective, a servant's heart, and an unshakable optimism to everything he does: helping kids discover just how much they're capable of.
CJ Weisinger is a leader and educator passionate about helping young people discover what they are capable of achieving. Before joining Alpha School, CJ spent several years in organizational leadership, where he led teams, developed emerging leaders, and built environments centered on growth, accountability, and meaningful relationships. CJ holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and brings a background in leadership development, coaching, and organizational strategy. He believes people thrive when they are given clear expectations, meaningful challenges, genuine ownership, and someone who believes they can rise to the occasion. That philosophy is what drew CJ to Alpha School and its commitment to challenging traditional ideas about education and student potential. As Lead Guide at Alpha School in Highland Park, he is excited to help students develop confidence, independence, leadership, and the skills to take ownership of their own growth. Outside of school, CJ enjoys writing about leadership, spending time with his family, and finding practical ways to turn big ideas into meaningful action.
