Alpha The Woodlands
Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.

Taylor has lived two careers, one in Early Childhood Development, one in law, and both taught her the same thing: people thrive when someone is genuinely in their corner. She brings sharpened leadership, communication, and systems-building skills to Alpha. A lifelong resident of The Woodlands, she’s invested in this community and excited to bring that commitment to every family she works with.

Rebecca Haack came to education after a career in legal operations and years building her own luxury photography business. As Director of Admissions at Alpha The Woodlands, she guides families through every step of the admissions process with care and attention to their individual situations.
Choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. My job is to make sure every family feels heard, informed, and genuinely confident in the choice they make for their child.

Nicah has eight years of experience teaching English, journalism, yearbook, literary magazine, art, and college readiness. Her international experience includes teaching preschool through sixth grade in Mito, Japan, and studying art and history in Vienna, Austria. She has also worked in entertainment on productions including the Best Picture-nominated film Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, Contagion, and CBS’s Blue Bloods. An avid art lover, Nicah also worked as a designer and product developer at Hobby Lobby’s corporate office. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and her church community, traveling, antiquing, trying new restaurants, and pursuing anything creative.

Sam is a Fulbright Scholar and former Teach For America corps member with degrees spanning literacy, linguistics, mathematics, and neurodiversity. She’s spent the last decade teaching a variety of high-level academic courses, coaching educators all over the world in the science of learning, and designing schools that challenge the one-size-fits-all model.
I spark joy, raise the bar, and connect learning to real life so students push past limits and grow into confident, capable leaders.
