Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.

Sam is a Fulbright Scholar and former Teach For America corps member with degrees spanning literacy, linguistics, mathematics, and neurodiversity. She’s spent the last decade teaching a variety of high-level academic courses, coaching educators all over the world in the science of learning, and designing schools that challenge the one-size-fits-all model.
I spark joy, raise the bar, and connect learning to real life so students push past limits and grow into confident, capable leaders.

Andy Gibson has dedicated his career to youth development through sport and education. He has worked with the Dallas Stars and USA Hockey to grow ice hockey and founded Dallas Stars Adaptive Sports to create inclusive opportunities for all athletes. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, he’s passionate about helping kids reach their full potential.
With 16 years of experience in education across the U.S., Dubai, and Vietnam, Jessica has served in roles spanning teaching, counseling, coaching, and administration. A DFW native and parent, she’s supported thousands of students and trained hundreds of teachers worldwide. She’s drawn to Alpha’s belief that with the right tools and freedom, students can exceed even their own expectations.
I will ensure that my students are constantly challenged to push themselves further than they every have before by providing unconditional support and helping them build critical life skills.

Jamie Hunter is a people-centered strategist and educational leader with a track record of building meaningful connections across cultures, organizations, and communities. Her career spans ethnographic research, engagement leadership, and communications through extensive global work across multiple continents. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology.
