Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.
Kellie has twenty years of teaching and administrative experience opening and building innovative schools nationally and internationally with Aspire Public Schools, United Learning, ARK Schools, and WISH Charter Schools, where she founded WISH Academy High School, a California Distinguished School. She has served as a principal and director of education, and credentials in multiple U.S. states and internationally.

Malhar is a Lead Guide at Alpha South Bay, bringing a lifetime of competitive sport to how he coaches students toward mastery. He played collegiate tennis, coached at the NCAA level, directed programs at a large tennis club, and ran a private coaching business with elite junior and professional competitors. Mid-career, he pursued graduate study in sport and performance psychology, deepening his grasp of what drives high performance: motivation, mindset, and mental skills. As a practitioner in applied sport and performance psychology, he works with athletes in the Top 100 ATP/Top 150 WTA, elite juniors, and D1 track and field athletes and rowers. Additionally, he has research experience in mindfulness and CBT for performance, and he holds a B.B.A., an M.A. in English, and an M.S. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology.
Tara Jordan is the LL guide and was previously a Guide at Alpha Miami, where she has worked since March 2026. Originally from Hollywood, Florida, she brings more than 12 years of experience in traditional education, including a B.A. in Mathematics, middle and high school math teaching, one-to-one academic coaching, and, most recently, work as a Student Assessment Specialist using data to drive instructional growth. She is passionate about creating student-centered learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and independence.
