From mathematics to ministry, Timothy has spent over 25 years mentoring and guiding youth—highlighted by founding a transformational leadership school. With two master’s degrees and a passion for excellence, he built thriving coaching and tutoring businesses. With two decades in the finance industry, Tim has been helping individuals, families, and corporate teams understand and plan for their financial futures. His work has included delivering presentations to companies and organizations on investment strategies, and other key financial topics. As a father of three, he has spent many years coaching various sports and teaching geometry, algebra, science and Latin at a classical Christian school.

Joanna Sanner is an experienced Pre-K through 8th-grade educator with a decade of service across general, special, and international education settings, holding a B.A., two M.A.’s, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Education Policy, Leadership and Management. Most recently, she spent 4 years in Rwanda, Africa, where she leveraged her expertise to help re-open a preschool that had closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a certified Time to Teach trainer, Joanna specializes in maximizing student engagement utilizing Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. She is passionate about inspiring every student at Alpha to become a lifelong learner.
