This whole notion of kids loving school was something that we sort of glossed over. It just sounds like one of those things that you say on a brochure, right? Kids have to love school. But in reality, he really loves school. He loves school because he's motivated, he loves school because he has fun there, and he loves school because he feels like he's thriving. And none of that was present at his previous school. Within the first week, what became really obvious to us is that there's this competitiveness in his academia, not necessarily with the other children, but with himself. And the verbiage that they use, they're talking about crushing academics. And that just becomes part of the kid's psyche. There are enormous advantages of being a founding family in an alpha school. The first thing is that Theo is one of only nine children at alpha school, and there are four guides. And so we know that this first year is very special because he's getting a real concentrated attention from very experienced guides. The second thing is that Theo's own identity is that he's one of the OGs. And so he was there at the very founding, which means that he's really dedicated to alpha school. It's part of his identity. Another thing that is as founding parents, we get a huge say in the direction of the school. And so we're just having an enormous outsized role in the kinds of activities that our kids are doing, in the identity that the kids have towards alpha. And I think there's nothing imaginable that I could conceive of that would be better than being a founding family.
