Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha Schools because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.
Dr. Jeremy Williams is an education leader and innovator with a track record of reimagining what school can be. Over the past two decades, he has led schools across the United States and internationally, including Montessori, private, and PK–12th grade programs. His leadership has been defined by one constant: creating schools where students thrive, parents feel like true partners, and innovation drives lasting impact.

From mathematics to ministry, Timothy has spent over 25 years mentoring and guiding youth—highlighted by founding a transformational leadership school. With two master’s degrees and a passion for excellence, he built thriving coaching and tutoring businesses. At Alpha Charlotte, Timothy is committed to creating a bold, student-focused environment where young people love learning.

I am a sport-psychology mentor who helps students gain the mindset and life skills needed for success. I studied at UNC and earned my master’s degree at FSU. Through coaching and experiential learning, I support each student in becoming confident, adaptable, and future-ready.
In my field, I don't stop until athletes see the person they are capable of becoming. I settle for no less than honest, resilient effort and an growth mindset.
Joanna Sanner is an experienced Pre-K through 8th-grade educator with a decade of service across general, special, and international education settings, holding a B.A., two M.A.’s, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Education Policy, Leadership and Management. Most recently, she spent 4 years in Rwanda, Africa, where she leveraged her expertise to help re-open a preschool that had closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a certified Time to Teach trainer, Joanna specializes in maximizing student engagement utilizing Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. She is passionate about inspiring every student at Alpha to become a lifelong learner.

Jenna brings over a decade of experience in elementary and middle school education to support both students and staff. She thrives on creating organized and efficient systems that help the school day run smoothly and allow great learning to happen. Known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to bring calm to fast-paced environments, Jenna ensures that everyone on campus feels set up for success. She believes that when a school runs well, students can focus on growing, exploring, and reaching their full potential. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her growing family.
I will ensure the 2-Hour Learning model runs smoothly each day by building strong systems and clear routines. By supporting both staff and students behind the scenes, I’ll help create the conditions for efficient mastery and meaningful learning experiences.
