Sarah joins us as Dean of Parents at Alpha, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping students and families thrive: academically, socially, and emotionally. Her career has sat at the intersection of academics, student development, and family partnership, built on the belief that the strongest outcomes come when schools and parents work as one team. She’s held leadership roles at top independent schools, shaping everything from admissions and faculty hiring to advisory programs and school wide academic initiatives, and has taught in the classroom herself. Most recently, she worked as an independent education consultant, helping families navigate school and college decisions with confidence. At Alpha, Sarah helps families embrace a new model of education, one that blends world class academics, life skills, and AI powered personalized learning, ensuring every family feels informed, supported, and confident as their child grows into an independent, curious, and capable learner.
Dr. Tasha Arnold is a dynamic educational leader with extensive experience in American and international schools across the US, Europe, and Asia. She has spent her career transforming schools, implementing innovative learning models, and fostering personalized educational experiences that empower students to reach their highest potential. She has taught at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, specializing in IB/AP Sciences and Learning Support across various curriculums (USA, UK, IB, and AP).
I joined Alpha because I believe in redefining education. Personalization, hands-on learning, and skill development are the pillars of a truly impactful education. Alpha’s approach aligns with my vision of ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally in a way that is uniquely suited to them.
